To comply with Virginia statutes, hosts must purchase the alcohol themselves. We simplify this process by providing a precise alcohol calculator and a curated shopping list based on your specific guest count and drinks, helping you manage costs and ensure a perfectly stocked event bar.

Which locations do you cover?

Our team serves the entire Hampton Roads region, including Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, and Suffolk. We are open to traveling to nearby Virginia areas, though a travel fee may be applied for events outside our standard service range.

What is included in the standard event service blocks?

Our professional bar services are organized into 4-hour blocks to maintain a high-quality event flow. This package covers our certified staff, bespoke menu design, and all necessary bartending equipment. If your party needs more time, we offer simple hourly extensions to match your schedule.

How do you help with the spirit planning and buying process?

To assist with your alcohol purchase, we offer a dedicated shopping guide and drink calculator tailored to your unique event needs. This ensures you spend wisely and have the right quantity for your guest list, removing the guesswork from the procurement process while allowing you to own the inventory.

Are we able to personalize the cocktail menu for our big day?

Yes, we focus on creating unique drink experiences. During our initial planning sessions, we help design a beverage list that aligns with your theme. From creative signature drinks to classic cocktail selections, we ensure the menu reflects your specific style and creates a memorable atmosphere for your various guests.

Do you offer advice on selecting mixers and garnishes?

We supply detailed lists for all necessary high-end mixers and fresh garnishes to elevate your bar service. Our aim is to ensure your beverages look and taste professional. Smooth Setup & Efficient Exit

We provide a worry-free experience with two hours for setup and one hour for cleanup. Our staff arrives ready to turn your venue into a high-end mobile bar. The only requirement is a standard 120V power source located within 50 feet of our designated serving station.

A Simple Booking Process

Reserving Dominion Mobile Bar & Events LLC is straightforward and clear. From the first call to the final drink, we offer expert inventory guidance. A 50% initial deposit locks in your date, followed by personalized beverage planning that suits the guest profile of your Hampton Roads celebration.

Hourly Options

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at booking to hold your date. The final payment must be settled 14 days before your Hampton Roads event.

Standard packages include a 4-hour window of service. Should you want the party to last longer, we provide per-hour extensions to suit your needs.

Note: Our service fees do not include the cost of alcohol. We provide a customized calculator and guide so you can buy your own stock with zero waste.

Is alcohol included in your event service?

Per Virginia ABC law, we use a client-provided inventory model where you buy the spirits and we provide the service. We make this very easy by giving you a shopping list and a precise calculator, ensuring you have enough for the party without overspending on bottles you don't actually need.

What permits are required for Virginia venues?

Most events held at public venues need a One-Day Banquet License from the state. We assist you through the application steps to ensure your party meets all local legal requirements. It is best to submit your paperwork at least 12 days before the event to avoid any processing delays.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, Dominion Mobile Bar & Events LLC is protected by both General and Liquor Liability insurance. We can gladly send a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue manager or planner to ensure all parties are covered and have peace of mind during the festivities.

How is responsible service maintained?

Our team is expert in safe alcohol service. We follow all Virginia ABC rules, which includes checking IDs for legal age and stopping service for any guest who appears over-intoxicated.
