Hourly Extensions & Event Details
HOURLY EXTENSIONS
Any time exceeding the contracted end time is billed as one additional hour.Additional Hour• Up to 50 guests: $250• 51-100 guests: $300• 101-150 guests: $350Additional Bartender• $60 per hour with a 4-hour minimum.
DEPOSITS
- Require a non-refundable retainer of 50% at booking.The retainer reserves the date and covers preparation and supplies.The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.Events booked within 30 days require payment in full.
STAFFING RECOMMENDATIONS
- 1 bartender for up to 50 guests.2 bartenders for 51-100 guests.3 bartenders for 101-150 guests.4 bartenders for over 150 guests.
ALCOHOL & VIRGINIA ABC COMPLIANCE
Dominion Mobile Bar & Events LLC does not provide alcohol in accordance with Virginia ABC laws, but provides shopping guidance and a customized alcohol calculator for clients to ensure compliance and convenience.
